Initiatives are constant at Team Pumpkin, as they help us maintain the continuum of growth, wellness, and happiness quotient of our Pumpkins. Below are the latest initiatives we have launched.
Everyday from 1 P.M. to 2 P.M., we initiate the Zen Hour. During Zen Hour, we encourage all of our employees to step away from work and relax. We understand that relaxed employees are more productive and the Zen Hour is proof of this belief. Furthermore, we urge our employees to take occasional short breaks to ensure that they remain happy and not stressed.
At Team Pumpkin, every occasion is celebrated. From setting up the Christmas Tree for Christmas to spookifying our office for Halloween, our Pumpkins love to celebrate festive seasons with pomp and splendor.
Teamwork makes the dream work. We believe that for a team to function effectively, they need to work as a cohesive unit. This is where our team-building activities come in. We organise a variety of fun group activities that keep our pumpkins happy and engaged while also helping them build team spirit.

The Rainbow Initiative Program encourages diversity and inclusion. It ensures that none of our LGBTQIA+ employees face discrimination when it comes to recruitment, employment, working conditions, benefits, respect for privacy, or reporting harassment.
