Problem statement:

XT Care, a leading home healthcare agency, faced challenges related to transparency and efficiency in their hiring operations. The company lacked a systematic approach to applicant tracking, struggled to identify suitable candidates based on custom requirements, and experienced difficulties in tracking the source of applications.

Key Issues:
  • Lack of transparency and inefficiency in hiring operations
  • Nil/manual applicant source tracking
  • Difficulty in filtering candidates based on custom requirements and filters
Objective

To address the issues and optimize the overall efficiency and transparency of the hiring process.

What We Did
  • Implemented a system specifically for applicant tracking
  • Automated communication mechanisms to allow ease of communication b/w stakeholders and applicants through automated emails/SMS
  • Source tracking of applications through job boards and allow for manual creation of applications
  • Pending action tracking on the application
  • Developed a feature for reapplicant tracking and detection of duplicate applications
  • Integrated a provision to create a pre-interview/pre-assessment questionnaire and create custom filters based on questions
